Races begin after everyone completes 3 FULL laps of qualifying and we do the pre-race line-up/announcements, unless otherwise stated-road course qualifying usually has less laps.

The 2nd Season of the RAW SPEED Cup will combine points scored from all three divisions into one championship/point standings. Funds will be disbursed as done with regular racing divisions. Final trophies will be awarded for positions 1-3.
Point System: The Top-5 finishers in each race are ranked based on their fastest lap of the race and awarded points from 5 down on a descending scale. If the Fastest Lap of the Race IS NOT a Top-5 finisher in the race, they will receive 3 points. This system is a balance between fastest short speed and consistently fast speed. The very nature of a RACE dictates that the person that covers the alloted FULL distance in the shortest amount of time is the winner. Therefore, someone who simply runs ONE (or a few) good laps is NOT the overall fastest, however, this system rewards that as well.
